kyu4d Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the kyu4d website accessible at https://kyu4d.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces operated by kyu4d.
• "kyu4d", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for providing the services described herein.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the registration process on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to all products, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available through the Platform, including sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino games, and slot games.
• "Funds" refers to all Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) balances deposited into or credited to a User's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by kyu4d that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a User must stake before Bonus Funds and associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required of all Users prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet through the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and kyu4d. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policies published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kyu4d enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jur isdiction where your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• All registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of kyu4d or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling service through a self-exclusion program that remains active.
• You are not registered on any national or international self-exclusion registry applicable to online gambling.

kyu4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds or winnings held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid and active email address to which you have sole access.
• An active Indonesian mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• A unique username and a strong password of your own choosing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. kyu4d will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify kyu4d's customer support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

kyu4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for the refusal.

In order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming standards, kyu4d requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal request is approved. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposits, or regulatory requirements.

The standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed color copy of your government-issued photo identification — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving license.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the past three months and showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or image confirming ownership of the bank account, e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay), or other payment method used to fund your Account.

Documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format and must be legible and unaltered. kyu4d reserves the right to request additional documentation where the standard submission does not satisfy our verification requirements. Withdrawal processing timelines begin only after KYC verification is fully approved.

kyu4d accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) through the following verified payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• e-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment channel and is displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name — third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

kyu4d does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. kyu4d bears no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and all associated Funds will be frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in your own legal name and matching the account used for deposits wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request is approved:

• Your Account has passed KYC verification (see Clause 5).
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds have been fully completed.
• There are no outstanding security reviews or AML checks on your Account.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance after deducting any locked Bonus Funds.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

kyu4d reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours where additional security checks are deemed necessary. Users will be notified of any such delays via email or live chat. If a withdrawal request is declined, the reason will be communicated to the User within the same timeframe.

kyu4d periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are disclosed at the point of offer and on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms in this clause and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Users only on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome offer.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the bonus terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings at expiry.
• Minimum odds, game contribution percentages, and excluded game categories apply as specified per promotion. Bets placed on excluded games or below minimum odds do not contribute to Wagering Requirements.
• kyu4d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players with active Bonus Funds at the time of withdrawal will be given reasonable notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated staking patterns designed to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements, collusion, or use of multiple Accounts — will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent Account closure.

All sports bets, casino game sessions, and lottery draws on the kyu4d Platform are governed by the specific game and market rules published on the relevant page. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a valid bet confirmation message from kyu4d. Bets that do not receive a confirmation are not valid regardless of the displayed outcome.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to the settled wager.
• In the event of an obvious error in displayed odds — including palpably incorrect prices resulting from technical failures — kyu4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets, including mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap football) markets, may be suspended at any time to protect the integrity of the market. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per market apply as disclosed in the individual market specifications. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the published limit.
• For togel lottery markets, draw results are final as published by the authorized source referenced in the game rules. No appeals on draw outcomes are accepted.
• For sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting betting) markets where available, the declared result from the officiating venue is final. Disputed results will be settled in accordance with the officiating venue's ruling.

kyu4d reserves the right to void, suspend, or reverse bets in cases of suspected match-fixing, fraud, data feed error, or any other integrity concern, pending investigation. Users will be notified of any voidance and stakes will be refunded.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Creating multiple Accounts for any reason, including to circumvent Account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents Platform controls.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage; Users who discover any such errors must report them to support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with Platform staff for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting strategy that kyu4d, in its sole reasonable judgment, determines to constitute systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies rather than recreational wagering.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any anonymization technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or modify any element of the Platform's software, content, or intellectual property.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed toward kyu4d staff or other Users through any communication channel.

kyu4d is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or psychological harm. We provide the following tools and resources to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified length of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming support team. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked and all marketing communications are suspended.

kyu4d's Safer Gaming team monitors account behavior for indicators of problem gambling. Where such indicators are identified, we may contact the User directly, apply additional account controls, or suspend the Account pending a welfare assessment. This is done in the User's best interests and does not constitute a penalty.

• Use the kyu4d brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or server.
• Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.

Any unauthorized use of kyu4d's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. Third-party game content (e.g., titles developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by the applicable studio license agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kyu4d, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Any loss of data, loss of winnings, or financial losses arising from Platform errors, third-party data feed inaccuracies, or system failures beyond kyu4d's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions you make in reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the Platform that contain errors or are subsequently revised.
• Any actions taken by payment providers, banks, or e-wallet operators that result in delayed or failed transactions.

Where kyu4d's liability cannot be excluded entirely, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kyu4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published at https://kyu4d.cam/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, and, where you have consented, marketing communications. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange closure of your Account and withdrawal of any available Funds before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed, interpreted, and governed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where kyu4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the Platform or Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails to produce a resolution within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory consumer rights that you may hold under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
